News Briefs: SF Muni offers free New Year's Eve service

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency has announced that for the 24th consecutive year, free rides will be offered on Muni from 8 p.m. Sunday, December 31, through 5 a.m. Monday, January 1.
