San Francisco’s Mission Dolores Park was the starting point for the June 14 “No Kings” march and rally to protest President Donald Trump and his policies. Held the same day as Trump’s sparsely attended military parade in Washington, D.C., which fell on Flag Day, Trump’s 79th birthday, and the Army's 250th anniversary, large No Kings rallies were held in cities across the Bay Area and nation, as people vented frustration with the president’s immigration crackdown, executive orders that strip rights from people, and his grip on power in the U.S.
