Steven "Steve-O" Rozell was surrounded by friends and family when he passed away February 19, 2011, on a full moon, at Maitre.
He was born March 4, 1955, in Southern California. He was a gypsy at heart and held deep passions for living, loving, spontaneity and helping others. He will be remembered for his great listening skills and his compassion.
A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held one month and one full moon after his passing, on March 19 at 2:30 p.m. at the AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park.
A drag show will follow at 7:30 p.m. that night at Most Holy Redeemer Church, 100 Diamond Street.
