David T. Bartolotta, 61, died in an auto accident in Conover, North Carolina on Saturday, June 13, 2009. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and lived in San Francisco for the past 37 years. He was a bassoonist for the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra. His survivors include his father, Salvatore Bartolotta, Jr.; mother, Marie Amici; sister Peggy Bartolotta �" all from Jacksonville, Florida; sister Vicki Snipes (Edward) and nephew Grady Snipes from St. Petersburg, Florida.
