May 5, 1956 – September 6, 2007

left our world peacefully on September 6, 2007 surrounded Rev Glenda Hope and his closest friends. Born May 5, 1956 in Duluth, Minnesota to Joyce and Rodney Clement, Keith always remained cheerfully close to his family. In 1974 he graduated from East Duluth High School. Quite the figure skater in his youth, Keith built up a gentle physical strength, cultivating emotional and spiritual strength throughout his life. In Minneapolis, Keith earned a nursing degree, then traveled to Brazil to work and teach as a registered nurse, specializing in psychiatric nursing. He loved Brazil and even became a fluent speaker of Portuguese.

Since making San Francisco his home in the early '90s, Keith had been a well-known South of Market character of generosity, kindness, and good humor, with an individual style that turned heads. He is best known for breeding toy poodles, with Rock the Poodle Dog as his constant companion. Survived by his parents, his siblings Stephen and Julie, two nephews, two nieces, and many friends, Keith leaves us surrounded with love.

Reverend Glenda Hope will officiate a celebration of Keith's life on Friday Septemper 21, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. at 3672 18th St. Apt. #3, at Dolores St., San Francisco. Call Lou at (415) 341-0180 or Jerry at (415) 368-6167.
