, a three-time cancer survivor, lost her 4th battle with cancer on July 17, 2007, as she made her transition to the other side where there is no more suffering.
Evelyn's family wishes to express a heartfelt "Thank You" to the wonderful staff at Coming Home Hospice in San Francisco, where she and her family were treated with the greatest care and spent her last days.
Before discovering Coming Home Hospice, Evelyn had a premonition of being here, describing it as "cozy."
Funeral services will be held for all those interested in joining her family on Friday, August 3, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., at Neptune Society's
