Douglas (Doug) Matley, who for years was a familiar sight in the Castro, passed away September 10, 2016 after a lengthy illness. He would have been 64 on September 13. Doug played the concert harp, composed music, wrote on esoteric themes, and collected religious art. He is survived by brothers Bruce, Kenneth, and Randal; and sister Tamara.
Douglas left this earth a wandering soul, and we hope and pray that this next journey will be his best.
