San Francisco Mayor London Breed, center, joined with Andrea Aiello, executive director of the Castro Community Benefit District, standing to Breed's left, and other proponents of Proposition B to celebrate the bond measure's victory at a party November 15 at Twin Peaks Tavern in the Castro LGBTQ neighborhood. The $390 million bond includes $25 million for the renovation of Harvey Milk Plaza and $28.5 million for the relocation of City Clinic, in addition to many other infrastructure projects. Prop B passed with more than 72% of the vote, exceeding the threshold of 66.66% that was necessary.
