The Love Roast of Absolute Empress XXV Marlena, held August 20 at the LGBT Community Center, also raised funds for Openhouse, the LGBT senior care nonprofit. Luminaries in many different local communities stepped up to honor the Imperial Court elder, and Senator Mark Leno presented legislative honors. www.openhouse-sf.org
