San Francisco Mayor London Breed's recent European tour to help promote the city's tourism industry wasn't all meetings with officials. In Paris, she took a bike tour with Mayor of Paris Centre Ariel Weil, left, (he represents Arrondissements 1-4). At the end of the bike tour Breed and Weil ended up at Harvey Milk Plaza near the Marais, where they were met by Thomas E. Horn, right, president of the San Francisco War Memorial Board of Trustees and the former publisher of the Bay Area Reporter. Last summer, Horn received France's National Order of the Legion of Honor during a U.S. ceremony.
