The Imperial Council of San Francisco crowned its new empress and emperor Saturday, February 23, at the San Francisco Design Center Galleria. Empress Baby-Shaques Munro and Emperor Terrill Grimes Munro, center, were surrounded by well-wishers following the coronation. The theme for Coronation 54 was "Under the Sea."
