Miss Kipper Snacks excited the crowd at the Transgender District's Riot Party Sunday, August 29, as part of the stage entertainment. The small street party in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood commemorated the 55th anniversary of the Compton's Cafeteria riots and closed out Transgender History Month, which was proclaimed by Mayor London Breed.
