Correction

The December 30 article "Bay Area national parks group marks 40 years of transformations" should have reported that Quartermaster Reach Marsh, the nearly seven-acre site situated next to Crissy Field Marsh, cost $23 million. The project, supported by the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, is in addition to the $118 million in park upgrades planned for that area of the Presidio. The online story has been updated.
