Castro's aglow for block party

Halloween came early to the Castro last weekend, with the third annual Glow in the Streets block party. Mrs. Vera, also known as David Faulk, center, was the costume contest winner at the third annual event, held Saturday, October 26, on Noe Street near Market. The party, produced by Comfort & Joy, featured drag, artists, flaggers, and a costume contest.
