Great leather column
Thanks to Race Bannon for an excellent column in last month's Bay Area Reporter ["Leather Resistance: Kink communities and political activism," June 28].
Your sentiments echo many people in the gay community, and I'm glad you had the guts to write about it. If we as a people, both gay and straight, exercise our right to vote in November, we will continue to enjoy what rights we have now. Otherwise, as you said, we will no longer enjoy "our" freedom.
Keep up the good work. Always enjoy your column.
