Keeping cool at Silicon Valley Pride

Jeanett Smith, left, and Kaneshan Tyson found respite from the heat and captured the spirit of Silicon Valley Pride by dancing in the fountains at Plaza de Cesar Chavez Sunday, August 25. The Pride parade that morning filled the streets for blocks to celebrate this year's theme, "Diversity in Action." Afterward, rainbow-clad revelers and others poured in by the thousands to enjoy the festival at Plaza de Cesar Chavez.
