San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus' annual Crescendo gala goes online with honors to singer-actor Billy Porter, activist Ariadne Getty, and special guests Alex Newell, Kristin Chenoweth, Wilson Cruz, and more. the online event takes place August 17, 7pm.
Along with music, the online event will honor out gay Emmy, Tony, and Grammy-Award winning actor, singer, performer, and activist Billy Porter with the 2020 Trailblazer Award.
The event will present the Vanguard Award recipient to activist and philanthropist Ariadne Getty, a leading proponent of LGBTQ equality in the US and globally.
Guest performers and speakers will include Kristin Chenoweth, Alex Newell, Wilson Cruz, Shea, Ken McNeely, Tyler Glenn and Nats, August, & Gigi Gorgeous Getty.
