The GLBT Historical Society held a ribbon-cutting at its satellite location in the Castro December 18. The space, at 499 Castro Street, has been open since the release of the Milk movie and has drawn a steady stream of visitors to see the "Passionate Struggle: A Century of GLBT History" exhibit. Among the officials present last week were, from left, Diane Jones-Lowrey, Levi Strauss director of operations and community outreach; Robert Cameron of Levi Strauss; Don Romesburg, historical society board co-chair; Amy Sueyoshi, historical society exhibit curator; Supervisor Bevan Dufty and daughter Sydney; and Paul Boneberg, GLBTHS executive director.
