Slap on your chaps and tighten that harness. Leather Week is upon us. The leather flag will take its place at Harvey Milk Plaza on Sun., Sept. 20 at 1:15 p.m. sharp. Mama Reinhardt and Troy Brunet, Mama's Ebony Dream, will lead the 18th Annual Leather Walk at 1:30 p.m. in front of Club 440 on Castro St. Registration starts at 10 a.m. The walk benefits the AIDS Emergency Fund and Breast Cancer Emergency Fund, and is always frisky fun. This year there will be a brief cocktail break at the Powerhouse (1347 Folsom St.), with its usual end at the Eagle Tavern (398 12th St.). This party gets everyone warmed up for the Folsom Street Fair the following week. Be sure to come down and pick up a new trick while they're still fresh.

If you like porn stars, go-go boys, drag queens and free porn to enhance your leather weekend, check out the Triple Crown's (1760 Market St.) "Pop Goes the Zipper Party," Fri., Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. with world famous Sister Roma and legendary Chi Chi LaRue as hostesses, and none other than Miss Bebe Sweetbriar working the door. The crowd is sure to be crammed full of hot men, all out to have a good time. Anything can happen, and usually will, when you put these three divas in charge.

Tues., Sept. 29, pop into the EndUp (401 6th St.), where Monistat and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence present "Chaser: Priestess! A Night of Sisterly Performance and Ritual." Your hostesses Sister Mabel Syrup and Sister Viva L'Amour invite you to their favorite den of depravity converted for the night into a convent of perpetual indulgence! Get your glitter guards ready, because when you see glitter there is always a Sister near. All proceeds from this over-the-top show will benefit the Transgender Law Center in San Francisco.

Before you strap it on, there are two events this Saturday that are going to make you wish you could be in two places at one time. Spike Pierce will be hosting a Tenderloin Bar Crawl Sept. 19, starting at Aunt Charlie's (133 Turk St.) at 2 p.m. Spike plans on hitting Deco Lounge (510 Larkin St.), the Gangway (841 Larkin St.), Diva's (1081 Post St.), and Encore Karaoke Lounge (1550 California St.). You know at the end of those rounds everyone will be looking really pretty.

For those of you who like nature, join the Nob Hill Yachting and Drinking Society for their annual Angel Island picnic. Remember to bring food to share and whatever you'd like to drink. Ask Donna Lange, Sal and Coy for details. Whether you're a queen on a crawl or a fairy on a ferry, be sure to have a drink for me, and send your dish and dirt to
